Just finishing up the 5th week of the Elimination Diet, which I like to call the “supergreen” nutrition program, and I met with Dr. Kassam.
She gave me a roadmap for re-introducing foods for the next couple weeks to find out what were the culprits for dragging me down – I really can’t wait to find out what they are. We’re guessing it’s Gluten and Dairy.
The big news was my blood pressure went from the high 120′s over 80 to 102/76!
Obviously, my heart was having to work a lot harder to deal with the foods I was eating before (which were widely considered “healthy” foods, by the way).
