Want FREE MEMBERSHIP? If you have skills or experience teaching a fitness/wellness activity, we will give you free membership in exchange for leading one 45 minute class each week.
Any class is a possibility, but here are some suggestions:
Spinning – Circuit Training – Yoga – Senior Exercise – Nutrition – Stretching – Pilates – Abs – Cardio – Running – Weight Loss – Bootcamp – Outdoors
Each class will have 5 slots available every session and members will contact the instructor ahead of time to reserve their spot.
